Getty Museum

The J. Paul Getty Museum, operated by the J. Paul Getty Trust, is one of the most-visited art institutions in the United States with two campuses in Los Angeles: the Getty Center in Brentwood and the Getty Villa in Pacific Palisades. The museum's collection spans pre-20th-century European paintings, drawings, illuminated manuscripts, sculpture, decorative arts, photographs, and antiquities from ancient Greece, Rome, and Etruria. Admission is free, and the Getty Trust is widely regarded as the world's wealthiest art institution.
