• LinkedIn:If you sign in with LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, and profile URL as authorized by LinkedIn's API. We do not access your LinkedIn connections, messages, or any data beyond what you explicitly authorize.

We use artificial intelligence to provide job matching, candidate recommendations, and resume parsing. Your profile data and job listing details may be processed by AI systems to generate match scores and suggestions. These AI features are designed to assist, not replace, your decision-making.

• With employers: When you apply for a job, the employer receives your application details, resume, and profile information.
• With job seekers:Employers' company profiles and job listings are publicly visible to all users.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), and analytics. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
