About the Team and the Role

As a Social Media & Event Intern, you'll spend about 70% of your time focusing on creating engaging content, managing social media channels, analyzing performance, and exploring innovative live selling models in e-commerce. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, live commerce, and event management, eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic marketplace/tech environment.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Assist in creating engaging social media content and collaborate on strategies to grow the audience and increase engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement in partnership with agencies.
  • Track and report on social media performance, monitor interactions, and support influencer collaborations.
  • Contribute to the exploration and implementation of live selling models for e-commerce.
  • Assist with event management and logistics, including venue coordination, production, and on-site or virtual support.
  • Support event promotion through social media, email marketing, and internal communications, and assist with post-event follow-up.

What You Will Bring

  • Current student in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field with strong passion for digital marketing, social media, and event management.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, their trends, and a basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence using the Office Suite.
  • Curiosity and interest in live selling models in e-commerce.
  • Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus, as is personal content creation.
  • Italian language knowledge is a requirement.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: 24,400 EUR - 33,600 EUR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a range of insurance coverage (including medical) and/or other benefits (including retirement plan eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, wellbeing and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided upon an offer of employment.
