Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to lead our Consignment / VIP Team at our Crawley warehouse. This is a full-time position. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, with hours from 09:00 to 17:30. Flexibility may be required during peak periods.
About the Role
The Consignment / VIP Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Consignment and VIP warehouse team. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational efficiency, and exceptional management skills gained within a warehouse environment, with a strong focus on high-value and exclusive inventory. The team leader ensures the seamless processing of consigned items, provides an elevated service experience for our VIP clientele, and holds regular meetings with internal business stakeholders to relay productivity feedback.
