Role Overview

Calling all sports fans! Fanatics Inc. is seeking an energetic Wave Planner to work with our distribution center team in Waxahachie, TX. We are looking for customer-oriented representatives to act as a liaison by providing support for our Athletes and Fans. The roles and responsibilities for a Wave Planner Analyst include preparing, processing, and monitoring order flow driven by Fan orders to each department within a distribution center environment.

Schedule: Sun-Thurs 5pm-1:30am

How you will make an impact:

• Prepare and Process the Wave(s) Throughout the Shift
• Verify that All Orders are Released in the Order of Departure Time
• Monitor Replenishment and Picking to ensure that they are Balanced According to the Wave Number
• Responsible for Shifting Resources When Applicable
• Monitor Shorts and Run Supplemental Orders to Capture Items Not Picked the First Time
• Manage Wave Cycle Time
• Process the Waves to Ensure There Isn't a Work Stoppage Throughout the Shift
• Set up the Next Shifts Wave Work
• Driving Consistent Volume through the Department
• Communicate Exceptions or Potential Service Level Misses to Manager or Supervisor in Charge
• Other Responsibilities as deemed necessary

What you bring to the team:

• High School Degree or Equivalent is Required
• Associate's degree is Preferred
• 3 to 5 years of Experience Leading and Coaching People is preferred
• A Combination of Education and Knowledge Equivalency will be Considered
• Minimum of three (3) years of Experience in a Warehouse Environment
• Excellent Technical, Oral, and Written Communication Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to Work and Make Decisions Independently within Fanatics Guidelines and Procedures
• Standing and walking a minimum of 10 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift approximately 35 lbs.
