By accessing or using Collect Talent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Collect Talent is a job board platform connecting employers and job seekers in the collectibles industry, including auction houses, grading companies, appraisal firms, marketplaces, dealers, galleries, and museums.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account of the same role type.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

• You may create a profile, upload a resume, and apply to job listings.
• You represent that all information in your profile and applications is truthful and accurate.
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee employment.
• Your profile information may be visible to employers on the platform.

• You may post job listings and manage applications through the Service.
• Job listings must be for legitimate employment opportunities.
• You must not post discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send unsolicited messages or spam through the messaging system
• Use the Service to collect personal information for purposes unrelated to employment

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Collect Talent and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display and distribute it through the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party services including LinkedIn, Stripe, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

• Featured job listings require payment processed through Stripe.
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not verify the accuracy of job listings or user profiles, and are not responsible for hiring decisions or employment outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collect Talent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
